Job description for Project Leader of Tax Litigation at Inatax Jakarta
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Fiscal Administration / Taxation.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in taxation, particularly in tax litigation or tax disputes.
- Experience in a tax consulting firm is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of General Tax Provisions and Procedures (KUP Law), Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), as well as tax objection and appeal procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possess Brevet A & B certifications (Brevet C is an advantage).
- Possession of a Tax Attorney License is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Handle tax dispute processes, including SP2DK, tax audits, objections, appeals, and judicial reviews.
- Prepare SPHP response letters, objection letters, appeal letters, and other tax litigation documents.
- Analyze tax issues and provide strategic solutions to clients.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients as well as tax authorities.
- Supervise and guide associate/junior team members in completing assignments.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and tax court decisions.
