Job description for PROJECT ESTIMATOR at Kamico

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Calculate and estimate design costs
Sourcing and negotiate with contractor/supplier
Coordinate with other team regarding every projects
Produce invoice for clients and process invoice from contractor/supplier

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
Fresh graduates or have a minimum 1-year experience as a Project Estimator (preferably in interior projects or relevant experience)
Able to use AutoCAD and Sketchup
Good in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
