Job description for Project Coordinator at Greeneration Foundation
Greeneration Foundation is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our Program Team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project implementation, ensuring activities align with approved workplans, timelines, budgets, and donor requirements.
- Supervise Project Officers, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and delivery of project outputs.
- Manage project administration, reporting, and expenditure tracking in coordination with the finance team.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders (partners, beneficiaries, and institutions) and support partnership identification and engagement.
- Support monitoring and evaluation processes, including data collection, indicator tracking, and reporting to the Program Manager and donors.
- Identify and engage with partners (including impact partners), conduct basic due diligence, and support partnership implementation to enhance project outcomes.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or related).
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination/management, including team supervision, preferably in the nonprofit/development sector.
- Strong skills in project cycle management (planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting) and donor compliance.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills, with solid program administration and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and indicator tracking.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup and conduct site visits as required by the Program.
