Job description for Project Coordinator at Bali Design Solutions
We are looking for a talented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic interior design firm. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our projects, from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with designers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinating materials procurement and deliveries.
- Quality checking Civil works.
- Tracking project progress and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations.
- Providing administrative support to the design team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination within the interior design/construction industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of design principles and industry trends

- Able to put together BOQ/RAB for furniture and interiors.

- Speaking with Western clients (English essential)
- Providing weekly project progress reports.
Source suppliers and products for projects a good knowledge of Bali is certainly required.
- Able to work in a team environment assisting others.
- Able to read CAD drawings
