Requirements:
- Female.
- Minimum Diploma degree from any major.
- English proficiency is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Administrator in the Telecommunications industry.
- Familiar with the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice process in the telecommunications industry.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and handle fast-paced project environments.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data management.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ready to join immediately or within short notice.
Job Descriptions:
- Handle end-to-end Purchase Orders (PO), from preparation to tracking, handling invoices database, untill follow-up with partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and B2B partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress to ensure timelines and SLAs are achieved.
- Prepare and manage payroll calculations for employees under B2B partners.
- Process invoices, including verification, billing coordination, and communication with the finance team.
- Assist in monitoring team workload and task allocation to maintain project efficiency.
