Job description for Project Administrator at JOBSON ASIA PTE LTD
- Provide administrative support to Project team;
- Assist to coordinate with vendors/sub-contractors.
- Handle daily procurement operation tasks;
- Responsible for sourcing and selecting suppliers at the best costs, quality and services;
- Responsible for negotiation and planning of delivery schedule in all purchasing matters;
- Develop and maintain suppliers and alternate sources;
- Prepare PO, proper recording of contract/project documentation (Work order, Delivery order, Invoices);
- Administrative tasks, matching of invoices, PO, DO and quotation for processing;
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing;
- Ensure compliance to company procurement policies and procedures;
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation update and filing for Purchasing Department according to ISO standard and guidelines;
- Prepare monthly progress claims and clients’ payment certificates for management approval;
- Follow-up of claims approval;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
