Job Description
1. Communicate and handle internal & external coordination of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Provide operation support to the maintenance field team.
3. Plan day-to-day maintenance allocation for the maintenance field team.
4. Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution to all parties concerned.
5. Follow-up on job completion and payment related matters
6. Assist and liaise with Store on maintenance inventories
7. Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job requirement
1. ITE or Diploma in Administration or Engineering or any other relevant field of studies. Remuneration commensurate with relevant experience.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC literate
4. Proactive, good working attitude and able to communicate well.
5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and as a team player.
