The Academy runs Hatch’s training (and placement) programmes, creating unconventional pathways into Singapore’s digital economy. As a Programme Management Intern, you’ll support the delivery of digital upskilling programmes while gaining hands-on exposure to how education, operations, and social impact come together in practice.
Role Focus:
Support the coordination and delivery of Hatch’s Academy programmes, ensuring smooth operations, positive learner experiences, and effective programme execution.
You’ll work closely with the Academy team to support programme logistics, learner engagement, and outcome tracking, while learning how educational programmes are designed, delivered, and continuously improved in the social sector.

💼 Core Responsibilities
Programme Coordination & Operations (40%)
- Support the day-to-day coordination of digital upskilling programmes
- Assist with programme logistics, including scheduling, materials, and resources
- Maintain and update online learning materials and programme documentation
- Track programme timelines and ensure smooth session delivery
Learner Support & Engagement (30%)
- Serve as a point of contact for learners, providing guidance and support
- Collect learner feedback to improve programme experience and delivery
- Assist in monitoring learner engagement, progress, and outcomes
- Support learner placement processes with partner organisations
Programme Delivery & Facilitation Support (20%)
- Assist in facilitating workshops, seminars, and programme events
- Support instructors and facilitators during sessions
- Help prepare materials and resources for programme activities
Learning & Improvement (10%)
- Contribute ideas to improve curriculum, content, and delivery methods
- Stay updated on digital skills trends relevant to programme content
- Document learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives

Technical & Organisational Skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfort using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Zoom
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details
Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
