Program & Events Associate
📍 Hybrid (Primarily based in Cibubur)
Membumi Playspace is looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on individual to join our team as a Program & Events Associate.
This role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for children and families, enjoys organising events, and is excited to work in a playful and dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
Events
Plan and execute Membumi events from start to finish
Develop creative concepts and engaging experiences
Coordinate logistics, materials, vendors, and event operations
Work closely with the Business Team to deliver high-quality events
Support event promotion and preparation
Manage on-site event operations and participant experience
Programs
When there are no scheduled events, you will support daily programs at our Cibubur branch by:
Facilitating activities and learning experiences for children
Supporting art, sensory, music, and play-based programs
Preparing engaging learning environments
Working collaboratively with the teaching team

Working Arrangement
Hybrid role
Primarily based at Membumi Cibubur
5 working days per week - typically 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
Must be available to work weekends
When events require both Saturday and Sunday, replacement days off will be provided during the week
Event locations may vary depending on operational needs
