Job description for Production Supervisor at PT. Karya Selaras Harapan
Production Supervisor will oversee all production operations, managing cutting, sewing, finishing, and QC teams in a small-scale garment manufacturing setup (<50 employees). The role focuses on ensuring efficiency, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards
Job Description :
1. Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on forecasts and orders
2. Supervise and guide the cutting, sewing, finishing, and QC teams, ensuring productivity and team coordination
3. Ensure product quality meets company standards and resolve quality issues with the QC team
4. Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with Purchasing Staff to maintain stock levels
5. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
6. Enforce workplace safety standards and provide training to minimize accidents
7. Prepare production reports and communicate progress with management
Qualifications :
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field
2. Experience: 3+ years in a production management role, preferably in garment manufacturing
3. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and knowledge of garment production processes
