Job description for Production Shift Supervisor at PT Van Aroma
Hello Jobseekers,
We are currently looking for a Production Shift Supervisor placement in Van Aroma Gunung Putri.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, executes production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines
- Interprets job orders to workers, and assigns duties
- Coordinates production activities with other production supervisors, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments through active communication to achieve and sustain results
- Ensures that all workers are properly trained and responsibilities are defined and understood
- Provides regular performance feedback; Responsible for all disciplinary actions up and including terminations.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
- Safety of work areas, employees and first responder to all work related accidents
- Demonstrates commitment to food safety and continuous improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum Chemical Engineering/Chemistry Degree
- Experienced in Essential oil/Chemical industry as Production team for at least 1 year
- Able to speak and communicate in English
- Willing to work in Gunung Putri area in 3 shifts/6 working days
