Job description for Production Leader at NUSA SOLAR INDONESIA
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Assign tasks and coordinate work among production operators based on production requirements.
- Ensure all production processes comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor production performance to meet quality, quantity, and delivery targets.
- Ensure the efficient use of manpower, machines, equipment, and materials.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Ensure all team members comply with workplace safety (HSE/K3) regulations, company policies, and 5S practices.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations for production operators.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports, including output, downtime, defects, and production issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
