Job Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate products to customers.

• Provide product consultation and recommend suitable solutions.

• Support the Sales team during the pre-sales process.

• Build good relationships with customers and principals.

• Conduct product training for customers and internal teams.

• Stay updated on the latest IT Solutions and Automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience as a Product Specialist, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales is a plus.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Passionate about technology and automation.

• Willing to travel for business.

• English proficiency is a plus.
