Job description for Product Specialist (Installations) at Lunchbox
Lunchbox is a Singapore-based F&B technology company providing POS, payments, and operations software to restaurants, cafés, and catering brands across Southeast Asia. We help merchants run smoother every single day.
We are hiring 2-3 Product Specialists (Installations) to set up new clients and keep them happy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Client Setup
- Prepare backend configuration for new merchants
- Coordinate hardware (POS terminals, peripherals) and arrange courier delivery
- Conduct onsite setup and train clients on backend and frontend
2. Client Support
- Resolve issues via WhatsApp group chats, email, phone, and support tools
- Guide clients on how to use features effectively
- Document bugs and feature requests
- Liaise with developers to drive issues to resolution
3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Test and document new product releases
- Capture and report any bugs or breakages

- Strong follow-up skills, even when clients go quiet
- Response time under 5 minutes during work hours
- Highly organised, updates in real time
- Comfortable with onsite setup AND desk-bound support
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Office (Lunchbox HQ in Bukit Merah, Central Singapore) or remote, your choice
- Weekly in-person sync every Monday 10am
- Full-time, base salary plus commission
