Job description for Product Owner at Playground., Ltd
Objectives
PlayGround is looking for an exceptional & innovative Game Product Owner to join our band
and create the next PlayGround hit games. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with
passionate cross-functional teams in creating creative content and incredible experiences for
players around the world. Your role will range from conceptualizing, ideating at every stage
of game production to analyzing user data to delight players whenever they log in.
Responsibilities
· Building products Website and App
· Manage Product Backlog effectively.
· Collect and analyze in-game player data, user acquisition campaign results and market
research to consolidate game, web, app insights, then turn those insights into product features and/or new projects
· Translate product features and ideas into detailed requirements and prototypes, then
prioritize based on business impact
· Work closely with development teams and other departments to deliver task/projects with quick time-to-market, high success rate and optimal resources
· Design game features for new prototypes and improve product key metrics (Retention,
playtime,…)
· Drive product evolution through user feedback.
· Market research to understand industry trends and user behaviors in order to develop a new
game.
· Manage & scrum the team of 4-6 people (developers, designers, tester,..) to ensure the project timeline.
Requirements
· I preferred 02 years in tech product management, experience in the casual/NFT game or Web, App is a big plus.
· Experienced in game design, esp in economy design, and level design
· Good leadership & entrepreneurial spirit.
· Self-starter who is innovative & enthusiastic, growth-driven, and has a big need for
achievement.
· Experience with wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user interaction diagrams, and Agile
principles, such as Scrum or Kanban.
