JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work directly with the CEO to define product strategy and development roadmap for AI product
- Collaborate with the Sales team to build and execute the Product Marketing strategy
- Analyze the market, research competitors, and collect customer feedback to guide product development.
- Create and manage the product backlog, define user stories, and provide detailed requirements for the development team.
- Work closely with the AI, BE, FE team to optimize chatbot capabilities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience.
- Manage and coordinate sprints with the development team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor, evaluate product metrics, and propose improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience & Skills
- University graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for technology products, particularly in AI/ML products.
- Experience working with chatbots or conversational AI solutions is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate teams effectively.
