Job description for Product Operations at Saturday Kids
- How to manage employees schedules across regions
- Develop proficiency in excel sheets and various database platforms
- Understand how to screen applicants according to company's current needs
- Garner an understanding of the EdTech industry and what the company does
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the company
- Assist the company in policy formulation and hiring
- Manage hiring, training and scheduling across regions and projects.
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Be directly involved in the execution and assist with the planning of the company's operations such as student database management and class listings
- Ensure smooth operation of classes which includes managing operational issues on the spot
- Singaporeans / PRs only
- Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative and operations role
- Be independent and have strong communication skills
- Able to quickly resolve people’s problems
- Be familiar with database systems and common HR applications
- Comfortable working during weekends and holiday periods when needed
