Job description for Product Operations Specialist at DANA Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a detailed understanding of offline merchant performance needs within the product
- Identify and monitor key features of offline merchant performances
- Analyze transactions, merchant activities and promos as part of the daily activities
- Discover areas of improvements for offline merchant product
- Work with inter-department teams to achieve business objectives
- Delivering projects by gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and making sure it fits the market
- Research the needs of customer and build the market value
Qualification
- At least 3 years of project / product management experience
- Prior experience in software development or web technologies development is advantageous
- Prior experience with a BI Software and Data Analysis is advantageous
- Proficient in spreadsheet analysis
- Experience in product, sales, or retail would be advantageous.
- A customer-oriented approach and an eye for detail
- An intuitive grasp of customers and overall business needs
- Analytical mindset to find insights in data
- Clear, honest, and open communication style with demonstrated ability to balance completing or conflicting demands in order to drive right business
