Job description for Product Operation Officer at Ruangguru
- Handle day to day operations for Ruangguru’s learning experience product initiatives
- Work closely with marketing customer support, education consultant teams to ensure all product initiatives are well-aligned.
- Work with product and engineering teams to handle user inquiries, identify problems from user complain & find root causes
- Follow up and resolve product-related issues with product owners, engineering, finance, sales, and other related parties. Document all issues in the product ticketing system accordingly
- Advice product team on user needs and opportunities based on learnings on the ground
- Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Able to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to details, well organized, and have the ability in operating Ms.Excel and Spreadsheet
- willing to travel out of town if necessary
