The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost the product adoption. The specific responsibilities of this
• Demonstrate full ownership and accountability of all Koltiva's B2C and B2B products to be ready from a commercial perspective. Your success will be measured by the growth of users, feature adoption, and profitability.
• Create, execute, manage, and analyze marketing playbook and optimize it for maximum ROI; able to create the go-to-market strategy, lead the implementation of 360 media plan with excellent project management skill, strong data-driven in campaign performance analysis
• Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for product and feature launches by utilizing all 7Ps Marketing strategies.
• Execute GTM strategy and optimize it for maximum ROI, including but not limited to managing a campaign end-to-end, from planning, executing, evaluating, and being
data-driven when conducting campaigns.
• Initiate the strategy to determine the budget, promotion scheme, mechanics, and result projections, execute it, and analyze the result.
• Collaborate with the tech, product, key account, and project teams to align and implement infrastructure, tools, and support needed for marketing.
• Drive and manage prioritization of marketing initiatives to achieve the assigned marketing goals and understand the trade-offs.
• Plan and implement integrated campaigns to increase brand visibility, product awareness, and purchase intent.
• Build product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point and is responsible for new product launches
• Monitor and evaluate all product marketing campaigns and propose recommendations to get better results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience from reputable local and overseas universities.
• 4-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B and B2C marketing, brand and reputation building, strategy and implementation consulting, B2B SaaS startups, digital marketing agencies, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing product launches, promotion, and digital marketing from retail or tech-startup companies.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies, project management, and project implementation.
• Experience in establishing sales and marketing enablement assets based on case studies, market research, and current trends in the industries
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools is a plus.
• Passionate with data-driven marketing and growth.
• Deep analytical skills and ability to translate the analysis into an actionable plan.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail
• Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
• Understanding Agri-tech is a plus.
• Experience in B2B is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions
