Job description for Product Manager at Aido Health
- Leverage user research, usability studies, and data analysis to develop requirements that solve real problems for users
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, competitive analysis, planning, measurement, roadmap development, as well as product launch
- Clearly communicate product plan, user feedback and roadblocks to team members, cross-functional peers, and stakeholders
- Aggregates and assesses product feedback and feature requests to identify unmet user needs and opportunities
- Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
- Design and implement a lean product measurement & tracking system across the overall user journey from acquisition to revenue generation
- Track the progress of specific product development and measure the impact towards initial objectives
- Collaborating with the management team, UX designers, software engineers as well as other stakeholders to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges
- Having at least 5 years of product management experience preferably within
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions that can be used
- Demonstrates a nuanced good knowledge of data, design & research, software engineering and business processes and partners effectively with those teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills. You know how to build expectations, set goals and get things done
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features
- Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned product's area delivery
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
- High attention to detail, ability to insist on high standards, and proven ability to manage multiple, clashing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet critical deadlines
