Hi! ImpactFirst now searching for a Product Manager who has experience building scalable, cloud-based B2B SaaS products, preferably ERP, Accounting Software, HRIS (especially payroll), or CRM.
ImpactFirst is an ERP Software and Business Consulting Company, offering end-to-end, easy-to-use, fully-customizable ERP focusing on small to medium-sized businesses with industry focus in retail, trading, manufacturing, and F&B. Our vision is to create the simplest CRM that actually help our client to improve their revenue.

Product Manager role at ImpactFirst provides a unique opportunity to be at the center of building business software to solve Indonesian businesses problems. It’s a blend of technical, creative, analytical, and leadership roles in driving successful products or features from conception to completion. You will be responsible for researching, defining, prototyping, and driving the construction, as well as managing communication with engineering, marketing, finance, and operations stakeholders, and sometimes external contacts to ensure smooth delivery of the project. Throughout your time as a Product Manager, you will learn and grow at a tremendous pace through hands-on experience.
The responsibilities you will receive:
- Define product roadmap and detail requirements to build business products that solve Indonesian businesses problems
- Understand SaaS, product development, markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
- Drive a feedback loop mechanism combining quantitative data and qualitative insights from customers' feedback to ensure problems and pain points are addressed quickly
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and UIUX teams to implement new features and enhancements
The candidate must pass the requirements below:
- Has 2 years of technical product management experience such as creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
- Has experience building scalable, cloud-based B2B SaaS product, preferably ERP, Accounting Software, HRIS, or CRM
- Has a lean startup mindset
- Get things done
- Passionate about building a product that people want and will solve real problems
