Job description for Product Manager at PT Tirtamas Coldstorindo Logistik
We are looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of a product, from defining the vision and product requirements to ensuring successful delivery and implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean team, building products end-to-end, and driving both product strategy and execution
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage a product module within our SAAS ecosystem
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements from high-level PRD to detailed FSD
- Define product scope, user flows, system logic, and product specifications
- Work closely with design and engineering to ensure the product is built according to requirements
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure product delivery aligns with business goals
- Facilitate product discussions and support Agile/Scrum processes when needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth product implementation
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve features based on feedback and operational needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner
- Strong ability to define and document product requirements (PRD, FSD, workflows, logic)
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum framework and ability to work with sprint cycles
- Able to manage product backlog, priorities, and cross-team collaboration
- Comfortable working with complex or operational systems (SaaS / dashboards / operational tools)
- Strong communication skills to bridge business, operations, and engineering teams
- Able to coordinate product implementation and operational rollout
- Understanding of APIs, dara models, and platform architecture is a plus
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, ERP or other SAAS platform is a strong plus
