1. Identify user needs, ideate, coordinate, and launch on potential solutions for rapid MVP cycles. This includes coordination with UX and design counterparts to validate product prototypes, gain customer feedbacks, iterate and repeat.
2. Build and maintain generation of product features for mobile app, website, and emerging platforms, focusing on delivering the best experience and efficient funneling for our customers. This includes identifying and executing tracking systems for improvements in our product features and flow.
3. Drive and communicate product roadmap and execution timeline.
4. Perform measurement and data-driven prioritization of features that meet audience and business needs; set rapid minimal viable product (MVP) releases and improvement stages.
5. Know and define the audience; understand what they want and need from education digital products in their daily lives.
6. Work with business teams, design, engineering, UX, and other relevant divisions to ensure product solutions would meet and satisfy customers' needs; present to senior management and station stakeholders as well as relevant 3rd parties if needed.
1. 1 -3 years of direct product management experience
2. Excellent in communication, passionate about digital products, active listening and organization skills
3. Have experience in building social/customer-facing mobile and web app
4. Working knowledge of how highly scaled digital/mobile products come together.
5. Have background in wireframing, creating userflow, and rapid prototypes
6. Excellent understanding of current UI trend and what does it take to have smooth, easy user journey in app
7. Excellent in quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
