As the Product Growth, you will:
- Perform data analysis to oversee and evaluate product funnel (onboarding, digital goods transaction, payment, etc) to discover growth opportunities
- Analyze data into business insights, strategy to be actionable items (new product, initiatives, etc)
- Identify the new opportunities for growth initiatives and doing experimentations
- You need to be dynamic, vocal and creative to overcome any challenges in terms of: work & communicating across teams, creative idea, adaptive in order being impactful in your works
- Engage key stakeholders and working closely with other departments (business, digital, brand comms, product etc) to ensure the product growth initiative and supporting other parties requirements
- Conduct research for product evaluations (to gather user/ customers feedback to deeply understand their needs) and competitive analysis (competitor benchmarking & market landscape)
- Prioritization for the product roadmap or new initiative based on the customer needs and balancing with company needs
- Involve and participate in the product strategy creation until implementation (SDLC)
- Be a very flexible & adaptive to ensure you hands on the business, product, operational, etc
- Ability of project management skills: lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Bachelor's degree with > 2 years of working experience in Product / Growth role
- Has been working in a startup company, or financial industry (Banking, Payment, Investment, Lending)
- Knowledge of product management, growth mindset, digital marketing
- Capability with a good knowledge of SQL, Python, R and experimentation process is a plus
- Analytical ability to create growth strategy, write product specification and plan
- Knowledge about research methodology, such as customer research
- Have good communication, collaboration skill & influencing others
- An entrepreneurial mindset to innovate while building extensible and scalable solutions (Holistic view / top down or bottom up perspective)
