Job description for Product Development Specialist (E-Liquid / Vape Industry) at INVERSE CLUB
Primary Objective:
Mengembangkan, menyempurnakan, dan menjaga daya saing portfolio product Inverse melalui inovasi formula, pengembangan SKU baru, dan market-driven product iteration.
Scope of Work:
- Research market trends, consumer preferences, dan competitor products untuk identify new product opportunities.
- Develop new e-liquid variants (flavor, profile, strength, cooling, sweetness, throat hit) sesuai market demand dan brand positioning.
- Conduct product formulation, trial blending, steeping evaluation, dan iterative testing.
- Improve and optimize existing SKU berdasarkan customer feedback, sales performance, dan market movement.
- Perform sensory evaluation (taste, aroma, aftertaste, smoothness, vapor feel, overall balance).
- Benchmark competitor products untuk identify strengths, gaps, dan market standards.
- Build and maintain product development documentation (formula logs, testing notes, revision history, product profiles).
- Collaborate with production team untuk ensure formula consistency dan manufacturability.
- Work closely with brand/marketing team untuk align new launches dengan market timing dan positioning.
- Maintain flavor raw material library dan reference database untuk support faster innovation cycles.
- Monitor product performance post-launch dan propose improvement strategy when needed.
