Job description for Product Development Intern at Virus Digital Indonesia
WIZ, one of Virus's unit business, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Intern to support the development of digital products and learning materials. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in AI, digital products, content creation, and productivity systems.
You will work closely with the Product Development Team to create, organize, review, and improve various digital products while learning how modern digital businesses leverage AI and technology to scale.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing digital products such as e-books, worksheets, templates, toolkits, presentations, and other educational materials.
- Support content creation and content structuring using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.
- Create simple visual assets and layouts using Canva or similar design tools.
- Perform formatting, quality checking, and revisions to ensure digital products meet quality standards.
- Conduct online research and synthesize information into clear, actionable content.
- Support simple video editing tasks when required.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver projects within deadlines.
- Continuously explore new AI tools and workflows to improve productivity and output quality.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using Canva for basic design and layout work.
- Basic understanding of content creation and digital products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
- Good research, organization, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while remaining open to feedback and revisions.
- Fast learner with strong curiosity toward technology, AI, and digital business.
Work Arrangement
💼 Paid-internship, 3 months duration.
📍 Cilandak Barat, South Jakarta (near MRT Fatmawati).
🏢 Hybrid Working: WFO every Wednesday & Friday, WFH on other days.
