Job description for Product Designer Lead at Glints
- You take responsibility for the customer experience and ensuring it is a seamless and enjoyable process for customers. Your designs will be used for years to come and serve as your living legacy
- Execute and lead all phases of the design process from research through to conceptualization, prototyping, user testing, and implementation
- Liaising closely with peers to understand our business needs and connect them to user needs to create quick wins and long term foundational projects
- Help Glints focus on key user pain points and opportunities to improve products and services.
- Must have a passion for the design, human factors and take the initiative to determine ways to improve the customer experience through strategic planning
- You’ll be trusted to own your team's domain and proactively identify opportunities to create value for our customers. You’ll be trusted to have ideas and to follow up on your hunches
- Your work would be instrumental in successfully growing Glints across Asia. You would be at the center of the next phase of the growth of the company and help us launch new markets.
- Your learnings will quantify opportunities that will guide the team to prioritize what to build next, building a strong product roadmap to maximize customer impact
- An exceptional portfolio which shows extensive experience creating dynamic user experiences for web, mobile web, and mobile applications
- Previous experience running UX/Product design & research teams, preferable in startups or high growth companies
- Strong expertise in visual, interaction, and system design
- 5 plus years experience within UX/Product
- Distinctive problem-solving skills and impeccable people-centric approach in design
- Capable of translating user insights into business recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
