Job description for Product Designer Footwear at Patris Official

Job Description :

  • Mengembangkan konsep dan merancang visualisasi produk baru (sepatu/tas) lewat sketsa, variasi warna (colorway), serta penentuan arah estetika produk yang inovatif.
  • Menyusun laporan tren fesyen makro (runway, consumer insight) serta melakukan analisis pasar kompetitor untuk memastikan produk selalu relevan dan kompetitif.
  • enerjemahkan ide kreatif menjadi dokumen Tech Pack komprehensif (dimensi, detail konstruksi, material, hardware) sebagai panduan baku bagi tim sampling dan vendor.
  • Menentukan jenis material (kulit, kanvas, suede) dan komponen hardware yang sesuai dengan estetika desain, standar kualitas, serta target biaya produksi (cost of goods).
  • Mengawal proses pembuatan sampel bersama tim Product Dev / Sampling Specialist guna memastikan hasil fisik dari vendor sesuai dengan visi desain dan Tech Pack awal.
  • Menilai kualitas sampel (konstruksi, jahitan, finishing) serta mendokumentasikan hasil evaluasi kelayakan fungsi dan estetika sebelum produk dirilis ke manufaktur.
  • Menyusun dokumen brief revisi teknis yang spesifik apabila diperlukan penyesuaian desain pasca-evaluasi sampel, serta melaporkan progresnya secara berkala kepada Head of Product.

Qualification :

  • Minimal D3/S1 jurusan Desain Produk (Product Design), Desain Mode (Fashion Design), Teknologi Fesyen, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun sebagai Product Designer atau Technical Designer di industri fesyen, dengan spesialisasi atau rekam jejak kuat di kategori Footwear (Alas Kaki) dan/atau Leather Goods (Tas & Aksesori).
  • Mahir dalam menggunakan software desain profesional seperti Adobe Illustrator dan Photoshop untuk membuat sketsa digital 2D dan lembar spesifikasi.
  • Menguasai pembuatan Tech Pack atau Spec Sheet yang komprehensif, mendetail, dan akurat (termasuk detail konstruksi, spesifikasi material, komponen hardware, dan panduan grading ukur
  • emahami anatomi dan konstruksi fisik sepatu wanita (pola upper, cetakan sole/last, standardisasi ukuran) serta struktur fungsional tas (sistem ritsleting, kantong, lining, kekuatan hardware).
  • Familiar dengan karakteristik dan penanganan berbagai material fesyen seperti kulit (asli/sintetis), suede, kanvas, serta komponen metal hardware.
  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang kalkulasi biaya produksi (COGS) agar hasil desain tetap masuk akal untuk diproduksi massal sesuai target harga perusahaan.
  • Memiliki portofolio komersial yang menunjukkan proses kerja dari ide sketsa, dokumen Tech Pack, hingga foto produk fisik jadi yang sudah pernah diproduksi massal atau dipasarkan.
