Job description for Producer at MINESKI INDONESIA
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in broadcast, television production or a related field
- Have 3+ years experience working as live-event producer
- Have the ability to give a creative concept and directing in executing a production
- Good time management and decision making skills
- Good leadership
- Up-to-date in digital trends in the production field
- Flexible working time
- Understanding and able to operate production equipment is a plus
- Passionate in E-sports or gaming industries will be plus point
Job Descriptions:
- Create, manage and execute show start from concepting, rundown creation, stage, lighting, sound and camera flow
- Collaborate with Inter and Intra division providing the most efficient way to generate a quality Show
- Communicate and manage client expectations
- Lead, brief and manage the broadcast team during preparation and execution
- Mentor and grow 2-3 manpower
- Able to take decision and maintain level headed mindset under pressure
