Job Description
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for office and event needs
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors based on company requirements
- Handle vendor registration into the company’s internal system and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with vendors to complete registration requirements and documentation
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to achieve cost efficiency
- Maintain and update vendor database in the system
- Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders (PO), and related documents
- Compare quotations and ensure quality, pricing, and delivery meet company standards
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain good relationships
- Support General Affairs tasks including office operations, facility management, and event logistics
- Assist in event preparation, coordination, and on-site execution when required
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field
- At least 2 year of experience in Procurement, General Affairs, or Event Operations experience (especially in events/procurement) are welcome
- Familiar with procurement flow and vendor management
- Experience using procurement systems or ERP is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good administrative skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends for events if needed
