GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
. Minimum 2 years of experionce in Procurement or
Purchasing.
. Good negotiation and communication skills.
· Able to communicate in Engtish.
. Proficient in Microsoft Ortice, especially ExceL
. Experience in handling Vendor Management.
. Famitiar with procurement system and administration.
. Strong understanding of Purchasing procedure and
documentation.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abitlities.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven.
. Proticient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
. Able to work independentty and in a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Handle purchasing processes and procurement activities.
. Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors.
. Negotiate prices, Terms and delivery schedules.
. Monitor stock availabiity and purchasing needs.
. Prepare purchase orders and procurement reports.
. Ensure timely detivery and quality of goods/services.
. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal
departments.
