Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes (RFQ, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery tracking)
- Source and evaluate suppliers for renewable energy components (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries, EPC services)
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines to ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for demand planning
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or engineering
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with solar PV components or renewable energy projects is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems/ERP
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressurw
