Job description for Procurement Specialist at PT Sumber Boga Indonesia
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management, Accounting, Logistics, or Supply Chain).
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
3. Understanding of the procurement process flow (request → PO → delivery → payment).
4. Able to work with deadlines and cost efficiency targets.
5. Experience in vendor sourcing, price and contract negotiation, as well as monitoring delivery and stock (ensuring availability of operational/sales stock and identifying stock shortages).
6. Familiar with ERP systems (a plus, e.g. Accurate, Odoo).
7. Able to ensure accurate cost calculations (COGS, margin, etc.).
8. Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
