Job description for Procurement Specialist at PT. Darya Multikor Indonesia
Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Procurement & QC Executive. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
Responsibilities
- Identify suppliers of goods and services
- Checking production raw materials, production results, to the final product
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
- Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
- Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive
- Ensure that the production materials that enter the office are in accordance with the established quality standards, in this case including:
- Printed materials such as paper and board
- Color and thickness/grammature of material
- Type of material
- Amount needed
- Ensure that the products produced by the production meet the quality standards set by the company. This includes,
- Packaging (hardbox / softbox / rattan / wood / acrylic / etc.)
- Gimmick / Souvenir
Requirements and Specifications
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
- Bachelor degree in from well-known university
- Proven experience working as a procurement
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
- Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary
- Not Color Blind
