Procurement & Recruitment Assistant (Intern)
Job Description
Please note that this is a remote role.
Procurement:
- Involve in planning and executing all assignments to achieve the company’s deadlines and objectives
- Plan, execute, measure, and evaluate new and creative outreach strategies (B2B)
- Initiate and source for leads (B2B)
- Handle TenderBoard/Gebiz transactions e.g Purchase Order issuance, ITQ/ITT/RFP/RFQ etc from publication of opportunity to award
- Perform the end-to-end processing of purchase requests, quotations, tenders etc. including the raising of Purchase Orders
- Create deck for tender proposals in accordance to specification
- Design of marketing collateral artwork
- Create marketing and business presentation
- Organize and create marketing literature/ brochures layout/PowerPoint
- Review artwork, proofread advertisements, press releases, social media content
- Attend to enquiries and advise on procurement matters and issues
- Routine administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of activities
- Support director in organizing various projects
Recruitment:
- Preparing and posting job advertisements online
- Working closely with the human resources department on administrative tasks and handle any relevant paperwork
- Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
- Screening candidates by filtering, performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience on their resume
- Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails
- Handle records and paperwork
Requirement:
- Minimum a polytechnic diploma and above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good eye for creatives
- Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Familiar with using Canva, etc
- Possess good interpersonal skill
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of sales approach and conversion
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized and meticulous
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Able to think critically and exercise effective judgment independently
- Well-versed in MS Office, online applications
- Familiar with google drive, docs, and sheet
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
Salary: SGD400
Job Types: Remote, Internship
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm
Duration: Minimum 6 months
