Kualifikasi :

Laki-laki maksimal usia 28 tahun
Minimal Diploma segala jurusan diutamkaan jurusan Teknik Industri, Teknik Grafika, dan jurusan setara lainnya
Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang proses produksi garment, manajemen supply chain, dan kontrol kualitas.
Memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai vendor management, supply chain, dan pengalaman terkait operasional lainnya
Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar dengan syarat sebelumnya aktif dalam organisasi/kepanitiaan
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi internal dan eksternal yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, berorientasi pada hasil, analisa yang baik, tegas, dan dapat bekerja dengan tekanan
Diutamakan berdomisili Bogor

Job description :

Melakukan perhitungan dan generate HPP (Harga Pokok Produksi) untuk produk Apparel/Garment.
Merencanakan proses produksi dan menetapkan target produksi, termasuk pengawasan kualitas agar sesuai standar perusahaan.
Menangani permasalahan produksi Apparel/Garment, termasuk produk reject dan komplain dari klien.
Memastikan vendor bekerja selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan, dengan pencapaian Tepat Waktu, Tepat Jumlah, Tepat Kualitas, dan Tepat Tujuan.
Mengelola hubungan dengan vendor agar mampu mendukung strategi dan kebutuhan produksi perusahaan.
Mencari solusi terhadap hambatan produksi (bahan baku, SDM, mesin, modal, dll) untuk memastikan kebutuhan sales tetap terpenuhi.
Menjadi penghubung antara divisi produksi Apparel/Garment, vendor, serta divisi lain di internal perusahaan.
Melaksanakan fungsi kontrol terhadap purchase order (PO) di vendor.
