PPIC Associate (Placement: Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur)
Responsibilities :
PPIC - Material Control
- Ensure material availability aligns with production plans
- Monitor stock levels (raw materials, WIP, supporting materials) to prevent overstock and shortages
- Coordinate with purchasing on material requirements and deliveries
- Calculate material needs based on BoM and production plans
& Oversee warehouse material movement and maintain inventory accuracy
- Analyze stock discrepancies and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure efficient and standard-compliant material usage
PPIC - Production Planning
- Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity
- Ensure production execution meets scheduled timelines
- Analyze machine and manpower capacity to support smooth operations
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing to ensure material readiness
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflow
- Monitor production progress to meet output and delivery targets
- Prepare regular reports on production plans vs. actual performance
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
3. Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MRP (Material Requirement Planning) systems.
4. Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
6. Proficiency in English for effective communication and reporting.
7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
8. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments.
