With over 100 locations in Japan and rapid expansion across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support our global operations and be part of our exciting growth journey.
Your Role – Glimpse
- Deliver personalized Pilates sessions tailored to each client’s condition and goals.
- Learn to assess posture and provide safe, effective instruction.
- Build trusting relationships that support client transformation.
- Stay committed to your own learning and growth journey.
- Work in shift schedules to serve clients across different times of the day, including evenings and weekends.
- Manage client schedules, payments, and booking updates.
- Coordinate with instructors and manager for smooth operations.
- Support client communication and maintain studio readiness.
- Handle studio maintenance, including refilling supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring studio cleanliness.
Who We're Looking For
- Full-time availability only.
- Willing to work in Central Jakarta (Thamrin Area).
- No prior experience required—just a strong desire to learn.
- Background in fitness, yoga, healthcare, or similar fields are welcome.
- Career switchers and experienced fitness professionals are a plus.
- Friendly, curious, and passionate about wellness.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Japanese language ability is a plus).
- Willing to complete luluto’s training program (provided free after hiring).
