πΉ Key Responsibilities
β’ Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
β’ Ensure inventory accuracy by maintaining book-to-physical stock consistency.
β’ Prepare inventory reports and operational analysis using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
β’ Coordinate closely with users and internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
β’ Lead warehouse personnel and monitor operational performance.
β’ Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
β’ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
β’ Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and operational reports.

β Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or site management.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and inventory reporting).
β’ Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
β’ Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
β’ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
β’ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
β Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience handling telecommunication products.
β’ Previous experience working with or managing warehouse operations for ZTE or Huawei projects/companies will be a strong advantage.
