Job description for Personal Assistant at Pag Advisory Pte Ltd
We are looking for a Personal Assistant who is strongly aligned with our mission to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our relationship with all our clients. Our personal assistant should be social media savvy, willing to learn new skills, organized in his/her work and has a proactive attitude.
We welcome candidates without experience as training will be provided to guide you along throughout your journey with us!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients
- Liaise with external vendors
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
- Updates relevant and important materials to the director for a good tracking management
- Source office supplies such as event materials
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Prioritise emails and respond with necessary

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2,000 to $3,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9.30am to 5.30pm)
