Job Descriptions
· Assist with travel bookings
· Managing invoicing and accounts
· Assist with work and family scheduling
· Support in administrative tasks
· Any other related duties as and when assigned
Requirement
· Strong organisational skills
· Able to communicate clearly in person and via email in English.
· Well-versed in using Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
· Familiar with Keynote or PowerPoint is also a bonus.
· Familiar with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar – or tech-savvy enough and willing to learn how to use them.
· Familiar with Asana or Trello or other project management software is a bonus too; or at least willingness to learn to use one of these tools.
