We are looking for an experienced Assistant of CEO to join our company! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Have experience as assistant, secretary, personal assistant of senior executives, as well as understanding the daily work patterns of upper level management
- Able to communicate and convey information clearly, have good presentation skills, and can build good relationships with internal and external partners.
- Have strong organizational, coordination and planning skills, able to manage schedules, meeting and CEO travel efficiently
- Skilled in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, summaries, and minutes of meeting independently and can analyze and summarize information effectively
- Time management awareness, able to work efficiently and organized amidst various tasks running simultaneously
- Maintaining the confidentiality of company information and strategic decisions with a high level of care, while upholding professional ethics
- Able to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking), especially if the company has an international business scope, directly communicate with overseas clients or partners
- Respond quickly when facing emergencies situations, act independently, and provide valuable advice to the CEO at critical times
- Maintain a professional appearance, understand business etiquette and be able to represent the CEO in maintaining the company's image and reputation
