Our company is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support to our managers in their day-to-day tasks.
About the Job:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be tasked to provide administrative support for the manager in-charge. This includes and is not limited to:
- General clerical work, such as printing and filing duties.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments with clients.
- Handle HR related matters for talent acquisition.
- Maintain proper data management system for manager’s documents and information.
- Prepare and design communication materials delivered to senior management (Excel and PowerPoint).
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work independently.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
