PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BOD)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in Mandarin or other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
- Comfortable coordinating with executives, clients, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Willing to work flexibly, including outside regular working hours when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements of the Board of Directors.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple Directors.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, reports, presentations, contracts, and other confidential materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, agencies, event organizers, and other external stakeholders.
- Accompany Directors during business meetings, events, business trips, and other online or offline activities as required.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and business initiatives assigned by the Directors.
- Handle urgent requests and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive matters.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting C-level executives or Board of Directors.
- Experience in the perfumery, personal care, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
