Personal Assistant & HR Coordinator
Based Gading Serpong, Tangerang
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & HR Coordinator to provide direct support to the Director while assisting the HR team in day-to-day operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
You will play a key role in supporting executive activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring well-structured workflows across both management and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily administrative and personal support to management & Director
* Support HR team in recruitment-related tasks, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and assisting in the interview process
* Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations
* Manage schedules, documents, reports, and data organization for Director
* Support basic accounting tasks and financial documentation when required from Director
* Assist in content preparation for social media and presentations (Canva, etc.)
* Maintain and update data using Google Sheets and other tools
* Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and well-organized manner
Requirements
* Background in Management, Administration, or Team Leadership
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English is required)
* Experience working closely with management or executives
* Confident in handling and coordinating with team
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
* Familiar with Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms
* Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
* Able to drive is a plus
