Job description for PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN (Full-time) at Fitluc Pte Ltd
Company Profile
- We are looking for someone who has a creative mind, highly accountable and is task-oriented to join our growing team.
- As an Intern at FITLUC, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping to promote our Director's personal brand content and FITLUC's brand. This internship will help you hone your videography, photography, design, video-editing, branding, marketing and PR skills and provide you with knowledge in various aspects of marketing and the fitness industry.
- You will have the opportunity to work directly with our director, Celebrity FItness Trainer Lucas Lim, and many celebrity clients during the shoots. You can expect to be working on various marketing & design projects, ranging from Youtube video content creation to website design.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in calendar planning, execution and analysis of Marketing activities (ie. Website, Influencer Collaborations and Brand Partnerships, PR and media relations, SEO) and social content for our Director and FITLUC;
- Assist in the conceptualization and designing FITLUC’s marketing collaterals and content creation for social and website (ie. design, copywriting and photo/video editing for social media, blog content, website updates, EDMs) for FITLUC and our director’s personal social platforms;
- Public Relation outreach to media and publications for our Director and FITLUC
- Manage client enquiries, lead generations, bookings, and creation of WhatsApp group chats for trainers and clients;
- Management of our lead generation platform where you will closely monitor our sales pipeline and strategize how to effectively serve and support our clients at various lead type;
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients - Clarifying their questions and making them feel welcomed on all our social channels and communicative avenues. You will be the key bridging point between client and our marketing efforts;
- Support in improving internal client management and scheduling processes;
- Support in client retention—flagging at-risk clients, work together with our Trainer Mentor and the Marketing team to strategize and implement churn mitigations;
- Working together with the team to support our Director;
- Support our director in administrative tasks;
- Assist in the smooth running of operations of the gym (e.g. cashiering, merchandise inventory management etc) ;
- Support in community building and engagement in terms of internal and external events;
- Attend Company meetings and internal training; and
- Partake in other ad-hoc tasks reasonably requested of you by the Company.
- Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Business (Administrative) or Mass Communications or Hospitality degree/diploma or graduated from one of these faculties
- Able to commit to Weekday evenings and Weekend duties (WFH available)
- Good communication and copy-writing skills (written and verbal in English)
- Social media savvy
- Meticulous with details
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience with Adobe Suite i.e Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Light room, Illustrator would be a plus!
- Great sense of aesthetics, flexible in design style, full of creativity, passion and patience
- Understand creative directions according to marketing requirements
- Equipped with Video Editing Skills would be a bonus
- Able to work both independently with minimum guidance and supervision, as well as a great team player
- Able to start work within short notice
- Able to communicate well with clients
- Able to keep track of multiple projects and timelines
- Degree/ Diploma in Sports Science/Marketing and/or passion in sports and fitness will be a plus!
- Prior experience in the Service industry will be highly preferred
