Job description for Performance Marketing Specialist at IDEOWORKS.ID
- Plan, strategize, and execute digital marketing activities, mainly in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other ads platforms needed by the projects) and owned media platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, SEM Rush, and other digital marketing platforms needed by the projects);
- Do monthly planning, tracking, and reporting to project stakeholders (clients, partners, and internal). Including, in collaboration with ad partners and vendors such as: Google, Meta, TikTok, etc to gain insights and find better ways to do performance campaigns;
- Manage and monitor all performance marketing initiatives across platform;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (qualitative and quantitative);
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any major;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years);
- Experienced in running Google Universal app campaign with large budget;
- Able to use Appsflyer, Adjust, and Firebase;
- Able to optimize SEO is a plus;
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc;
- Have huge experiences in managing Ad Networks for acquisition/retargeting campaigns;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- Highly motivated, open-minded, and able to work on fast-paced environment;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- Able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, etc;
- Get used to working with huge amount of data and able to perform spreadsheets-based formula to translate campaign data to actionable insights.
