Job description for Performance Marketing Specialist at PT Qwords Company International
- Plan, execute, and own the results from paid digital channels (search, display, social, video, mobile)
- Explore and unlock opportunities that will drive sizeable growth in business
- Continuously optimize audiences and campaigns to deliver a full-funnel advertising approach that will drive more efficient ad spending with higher ROI
- Measure, monitor, and report performance from both advertising and CRM platforms
- Giving recommendations to content and social media team for acquisition, engagement, and lead objectives
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance/paid marketing
- Strong Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads & Facebook Ads experience
- Strong online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channels knowledge, conversion rate optimization)
- Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast-learner
- Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share reports & insights on the campaign performance
- Proficient in digital analytics (strong in numbers, doing data analysis and getting actionable insights from data, and using analytics tools)
- Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel Analytics, Google Data Studio)
- Willing to work on-site in Jakarta
