Job description for Performance Marketing Lead at I CAN READ Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Linkedin Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding, budgets, and ad creatives to improve conversions and ROl.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify campaign opportunities.
- Implement and support SEO strategies including keyword optimization, on-page SEO, and website content improvements to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-performing digital advertisements, SEO-friendly content, and landing pages.
- Track campaign and SEO performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Set up and maintain tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
- Support digital campaigns and promotional activities focused on lead generation and customer growth.
- Stay updated on digital advertising, SEO trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and reporting skills.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
